Don’t be late. Late arrivals will result in cutting of game-time. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early.
Entering with phones, tablets, or any type of recording devices is prohibited.
It is strictly prohibited to use physical or verbal violence.
Entering under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is strictly prohibited.
One may not remove anything from the complex. All equipment and props are sole property of HYPE ESC.
The game rooms in the complex and their content are exclusively owned and copyrighted by HYPE ESC. No photographing, copying, or removing things from rooms.
One must adhere to the instructions of the operator before, during and after the game.
The company and/or anyone acting on its behalf is not responsible and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage, caused to the customer or a third party as a result of using or purchasing not in accordance with these regulations.
The premises are monitored through video & audio.
Failure to comply with the above regulations will result in immediate end to the game and removal without any refund.
In case of cancellation within less than 48 hours of the reservation, a cancellation fee of 100 NIS must be paid.
In order to reserve the game, one must pay 100 NIS up front by phone.
We have the rights to cancel games if down-payment is denied, or we do not hear from you by the payment deadline.
Playing will not be possible with less than the minimum needed players for the room, which varies by room and day of the week.
The games could onlytake place with the minimum number of participants, which changes between different rooms, and days of the week.
Hype Esc reserves the right to cancel appointments without a prior notice.
